Who is the controller of your personal data?
ANTONIO GALERA LÓPEZ is the CONTROLLER of the USER’S personal data and informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:

On what legal basis may we process your personal data?
Because the processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’S consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- On the basis of the CONTROLLER’S legitimate interest: processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER’S request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal retention obligations apply. Once they are no longer required for these purposes, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or their complete destruction.
Who do we disclose your personal data to?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged unless it is necessary for the development and performance of the purposes of the processing, in which case the data may be disclosed to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required under the applicable data protection legislation.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of personal data, and the right to restriction of or objection to processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the USER considers that the processing does not comply with the applicable legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to process their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are accurate and undertakes to notify the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.
The CONTROLLER informs USERS that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. Should all the required data not be provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services supplied will fully meet the USER’S needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all the requirements of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, pursuant to which personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures required under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
